Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery postage fee: £4.99 per order.
Delivery time: 2-3 business days using Royal Mail.
We currently accept orders for delivery to U.K. addresses only.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please log into your customer account at https://account.gardenwilder.co.uk to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and/or labels, and in its original product packaging. Please pack the item using sufficient fill to protect it.
We can only accept returns that are sent using Royal Mail as other courier companies are not accepted to our returns address.
Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase in your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via your customer account will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at info@gardenwilder.co.uk immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items/Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned. These items are as follows:
Perishable goods: All wool products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. However, you may return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded by your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
