Wild Island Bird Bath

Crafted in Turkey using local clay and water-based paint, the bird bath is traditionally made by skilled artisans using a wheel. They are then dried and fired at high temperatures in the kiln to ensure they are frost-resistant.

Place the bird bath on a level surface. Birds like to have clear visibility and nearby bushes as they bathe to provide cover if they feel alarmed. Ensure cats cannot use the cover to attack birds. You could try placing the bath at different sites in the garden to see which one is most popular. Rinse out and change the water daily with a good scrub and clean once a week, too, making sure any cleaning residues are completely washed away. This is to ensure risk of disease is minimised.
