All Purpose Peat-Free Coir Compost Brick

This peat-free, organic, all-purpose coir compost brick has a proven track record of outstanding yield and performance for all plant types.

Comes as either a small or large brick which expands to 15L or 75L of compost when hydrated. Lightweight, compact and easy to store. No lifting heavy bags of compost again! Doesn't degrade until water is added.

Enriched with NPK (nitrogen-phosphorous-potassium) slow-release fertiliser with essential trace elements, boosting plant growth and feeding plants for up to 6 months.

Excellent aeration, drainage and moisture retention as well as pH balanced. Helps plants develop healthy foliage, strong root development, and fantastic flower and fruit performance. Perfect for a wide range of garden uses from potting up young plants and growing them on, to containers, large pots and hanging baskets.

Sciarid flies cannot survive the processing of coir compost bricks therefore these pests will not be introduced to your home by this compost. They are also naturally repelled by the oil in coco fibres.

How to use:

• Place your coir brick into a trug, wheelbarrow or other large container.
• For the small brick add 4-5L of water and for the large brick add 18-20L of water, preferably warm.
• Let it sit until the water is absorbed. Approximately 10 minutes for the small brick and 20 minutes for the large brick - perfect for a cup of tea.
• Fluff up your compost with a hand trowel/fork or with your hands until all the clumps are broken up.
